Not a London Dry

We set out to make something other than a London Dry. Juniper is still there, but it shares the stage. The citrus is pink grapefruit, peeled fresh. Elderflower, hibiscus and chamomile give the gin a light floral nose, and ginger, cardamom and cinnamon bring a warm spine of spice underneath.

Built for the glass you like

The balance makes it easy to drink neat over a single large cube, and it holds its own in the classics. Six of our house cocktails are built on it, from the grapefruit-and-elderflower Mr. Fitz to the Baller: gin, an ice ball, and tonic if you want it.
